Terms & Conditions – BEAT Photo Shoot
We’re buzzing to have you join the BEAT Photo Shoot! To make sure everything runs smoothly, please read through these Terms & Conditions before booking. By participating, you agree to the following:
1. Participation Requirement

The photo shoot itself is free to attend, however, participation requires a minimum spend of £65 on BEAT merchandise via our official website.

To qualify, you must purchase a complete BEAT outfit (both a top and a bottom) online before the event.

Proof of purchase must be provided before the shoot date to confirm your place.
2. How to Book

Visit our Shop page.

Select Photo Shoot as your booking option.

Choose your preferred time slot from the drop-down menu.

Add the photo shoot to your basket along with your chosen BEAT merchandise (minimum spend £65, including a full outfit: top + bottom).

Complete your order – once payment is received, your place is secured.
✨ Please note: You do not have to be attending the dance convention to take part in the BEAT Photo Shoot. Everyone is welcome! ✨
Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid missing out!
3. Booking & Eligibility

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants must be aged [insert minimum age].

Under 18s require a parent/guardian’s consent and signature on the release form.
4. Group Photo Shoot Only

All photography will be group shots only.

No individual portraits will be taken during this event.
5. Appearance & Presentation

All participants must arrive fully dressed in BEAT merchandise.

Hair and make-up (if you wish to wear it) must be done before arrival.

Please ensure your outfit is clean, crease-free, and ready to be photographed.
6. Behaviour & Safety

Please arrive on time for your allocated slot. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed participation.

Respectful behaviour towards staff, photographers, and other participants is expected at all times.

The Gifted Dancers reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
7. Photography & Media Use

By attending the BEAT Photo Shoot, you grant BEAT, The Gifted Dancers and All That Grace Film & Photography full rights to use photographs and/or video footage taken at the event.

These images and videos may be used on websites, across social media platforms, in promotional campaigns, and in other marketing materials.

No payment or further permission will be required for such use.

8. Personal Belongings

The Gifted Dancers cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event. Please keep valuables safe.
9. Cancellations & Changes

If The Gifted Dancers needs to cancel or reschedule the photo shoot, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Merchandise purchases are subject to our standard online store policies. Please note: participation in the photo shoot is dependent on the qualifying £65 full outfit spend and cannot be refunded separately.
10. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

The Gifted Dancers will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
11. Consent

By booking and attending the BEAT Photo Shoot, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
